At SparkTop.org, kids who learn differently often have problems with some subjects in school. You may have difficulty with reading, writing, spelling, or math. You may have even taken tests to see if you have a learning disability (LD).

Or you might have difficulty paying attention, thinking before you act, or even sitting still in class. These problems sometimes happen because of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD). Only a specially-trained person can say for sure if you have AD/HD.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have been tested and told you have an LD, you are as smart as the other kids in your class … maybe even smarter! And as you'll discover here at SparkTop.org, there are tons of things you are great at!

REMEMBER: Every kid learns differently, because every kid's brain is different. That's a good thing!
